Terms & Conditions


The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on www.juno-interiors.co.uk and www.juno-interiors.com website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your future reference.

General

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Warranty

All of our products are covered by our 1 Year warranty. If the product is received and there is a problem you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Please check your product upon delivery. If an item is visually damaged upon delivery, it must be signed as ‘damaged’. The warranty starts on the day following your receipt of the product. If there is a problem with your product please contact us where we will assist.

The warranty does not include buttons on sofas or chairs as they do have a tendency to catch so are not associated to any manufacturing defect.

Product Information

We have collected the product specifications, images and other information published on our website from information provided by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, or gathered from public-domain sources. We always endeavour to ensure this information is as accurate and amended as soon as possible. We cannot however guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

Typographical Errors

In the event any product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Availability of Products.

Products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. Many items offered for sale on this website are in stock and available for swift delivery. Items that are not in stock are ordered in and may take up to 12 weeks to deliver, please contact us to check availability. Custom orders are non refundable.

Product Guarantees

When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days. BACS payments may also be sent to our company account.

Product Guarantees

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months. Your goods will be repaired by us and should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months from the date of purchase. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance. The associated costs of a service call are £50.00 to include return shipping which will be charged to your credit card account should we find no fault with your product. Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you many return your goods for a full refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied.   Refunds will be processed with 28 days from receipt of returned goods.  This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.   Handmade products such as fiberglass items due the the very nature my contain small variaitions in profile.   This is not considered a defect.

Payment Methods

Cancellation of Orders / Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Goods returned outside this 7 day period will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%. It remains your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. We do not uplift items. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.

Delivery Times

Delivery of stock items will normally be made within 3-7 working days from clearance of payment. We shall endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. We use Bananadoo for our larger items, www.bananadoo.com who offer expert logistic solutions. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Other

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

Trade Marks & Regulations

All the furnishings pictured on our web site are lovingly reproduced from designs originally designed in the mid 20thcentury. Therefore the items are NOT original items and are simply inspired from the design of the originals. All furnishings are made to the highest quality and replicate the essence of the original designs. All items comply with UK fire regulations 1988. Designers and resellers should note that these items should not be resold as originals nor speculate, suggest or otherwise lead anyone to believe more than the items being a quality reproduction.
